- 1You submit. Pick the right you are exercising and add anything that helps us find your record.
- 2We verify. We confirm the request came from you before we hand over or delete anything.
- 3We respond. Within 30 days under the DPDPA, and within 45 days for CCPA requests.
Looking for a company that used Neostra to handle their data? Send the request to that company directly. They decide what happens to it, and we only act on their instructions.
